For This Week....

    Every morning we discuss the weather and the calendar. What does it look like outside today? Is it sunny, rainy, cloudy, cold, hot? We use our calendar to look at the days of the week and to view upcoming events. Is there a birthday or holiday, or new season coming up? Lately we have had discussions about the new season fall. What changes do you see outside? Are there leaves changing colors and falling? Is the weather getting cooler?
   Our theme for the week of September 27th-October 1st is apples. We are discussing what colors apples can be and where you can find them. We plan on painting with apples this week. Hopefully we will see the star in the center!
